If you contact us through our website form, we collect your name, email address, message, and any optional information you provide about your organisation's size and location.
If you contact us directly by email, we receive your email address and whatever information you include in your message.
We use Framer's built-in analytics to understand how our website is used, including page visits, referring websites and general visitor information. Framer Analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers to recognise visitors across separate days.
We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from their browsing activity.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry and carry on the conversation you started. Where that conversation develops into a professional engagement, we may retain relevant correspondence as part of our business records.
We do not sell personal information or share it for anyone else's marketing. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

Enquiries submitted through the website or by email are retained while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case it resumes.
Where an engagement follows, relevant records are retained for as long as our professional, business and legal obligations require.

The site is served over HTTPS. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information submitted through our website and held in our business systems.
Email and website communications are not guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid including highly confidential or commercially sensitive material in an initial enquiry. We can arrange an appropriate channel for sharing such information when required.
